Palate: balanced, harmonious taste with individual character and soft, velvety tannins. The aftertaste is pleasant, with a hint of vanilla.
Food pairing: stewed and fried red meat, soft cheeses, and mushrooms. Particularly excellent paired with roast lamb.
Serving temperature: 17-18oС.
