Colour: golden colour.
Nose: very intense and deep nose, where we find a broad aromatic profile, ranging from fresh green fruit, to more sweet aromas such as honey and a bakery profile very present due to its long aging on lees.
Palate: sweet, with a good entry and a fresh and persistent finish. It has a long, well-balanced aftertaste thanks to its polished acidity.
Food pairing: pair well with seafood, and rice dishes. lightly grilled meat, salads, appetizers, and fruit-based desserts.
Serving temperature: 8-12oC.
