Palate: expressive, with very good volume and balance. From the entry on the palate it announces its long passage, with a great center of mouth and a very pleasant final persistence, with those memories of ripe fruit and spices.
Food pairing: pair well with game dishes, beef, rabbits, pork, and aged cheese.
