Colour: golden colour.
Nose: aromatic and complex nose, with primary stone fruit aromas, especially peach, as well as more complex, fermentative and evolutionary aromas, such as bakery aromas, brioche and sweet honey notes.
Palate: creamy, a gastronomic wine, with a lot of volume but with very polished tannins.
Food pairing: well as other dishes of poultry, noble fish and seafood.
Serving temperature: 10-12oC.
