Colour: dark ruby red.
Nose: rich, intense aroma of the wine is filled with floral shades (dried rose and violet), notes of tobacco, stewed fruit, pepper, dried mushrooms and roasted nuts.
Palate: soft, velvety, warm, full, with a dense tannin structure, balanced by fresh acidity, explosive fruit flavors and a long finish with nuances of spices.
Food pairing: rich red meat dishes, mature and medium-ripened cheeses.
Serving temperature: 16-18oC.
