*Crémant is a French sparkling wine made with the same technique as Champagne, but from outside the Champagne region.
Colour: pale bright yellow color.
Nose: brioche nose, fresh and gourmet.
Palate: a myriad of fine and delicate bubbles, fleshed aromas of white fruits, such as nectarine. Pretty lemony acidity in the end of the mouth.
Food pairing: ideal as an aperitif or to celebrate an event.
This Crémant d'Alsace comes from different grape varieties all planted in organic. Its fine and delicate foam forms in the glass a myriad of bubbles like a constellation of stars.

Average age of vines: 20 years
Vinification and aging are spread over 12 months. The final blend is made on the solera principle : the wine of the year is added to a wine of the previous vintages. This reserve wine is kept on lees. The maturation gives the wine an exceptionnal vinosity and a fine complexity. After fermentation and long shelf life that gives the wine its nobility , the bottle are degassed. The wine is still resting a few months. The date od the disgorgement indicated on the label will allow you to taste it according you tastes. One year after disgorging, the wine reveals its characteristic fruit aromas. Beyond its vinosity and race are at their optimum.
