Colour: red cherry.
Nose: wild berries, which gradually develop into bright tones of cherry, shades of peach skin, spice and undergrowth.
Palate: soft, smooth, balanced, harmonious, with tones of ripe red berries, garrigue, coal, spices, with excellent acidity and a very fresh, delicately mineral aftertaste.
Food pairing: ideal with cold cuts, poultry, grilled meat and vegetables, red meat with sauce, risotto, and cheeses.
Serving temperature: 16-18oC.
