Colour: intense cherry red.
Nose: black fruit, with a predominance of black plums, as well as notes of cherry, earth, chocolate, aromatic herbs and sweet spices.
Palate: excellent tannins, fresh acidity, complex balance, silky texture, notes of plum and cherry.
Food pairing: cheeses, game, grilled or fried red meat, roast pork, and Spanish ham.
Serving temperature: 16-18°C.
