Colour: intense ruby red.
Nose: tones of fruit are in perfect harmony with hints of vanilla, chocolate and wood.
Palate: good tannins, notes of ripe fruit, strong notes of blackberry and a persistent finish that seems almost endless.
Food pairing: red meat dishes (steaks, baked lamb, roast with mushrooms), large game, as well as poultry - stuffed partridges, poultry with berry sauce.
Serving temperature: 16-18oC.
