Colour: intense ruby.
Nose: complex, full fruity aroma of the wine begins with hints of black cherry and ripe red fruit, and ends with nuances of licorice, coffee and toasted oak.
Palate: balanced, mineral, with a soft texture and flexible tannins. The long aftertaste is filled with sweet notes of cocoa, vanilla, black and red berries.
Food pairing: red meat dishes (steaks, baked lamb, roast with mushrooms), large game, as well as poultry - stuffed partridges, poultry with berry sauce.
Serving temperature: 16-18oC.
