Colour: very pale pink.
Nose: good intensity, with aromas of red fruits combined with citrus, milk, and some delicate.
Palate: has a tasty, well-integrated carbonic attack. Fruity and slightly creamy mid-palate, hints of licorice, and good acidity that confers a fresh finish.
Food pairing: pair well with seafood, and rice dishes. lightly grilled meat, salads, appetizers, and fruit-based desserts.
Serving temperature: 8-12oC.
