Nose: very expressive, with intense aromas of wild blackberries and blackcurrants, with hints of aromatic herbs such as thyme and sage, wrapped in elegant aromas of cedar, leather, clove and toast, from its aging in French oak barrels.
Palate: fleshy, powerful, with good structure and elegant tannin, with a long, balanced and harmonious finish.
Food pairing: pair well with beef, rabbits, pork, and cheese.
Serving temperature: 16-18oC.
