Palate: spicy, luxurious, full, rich, concentrated and structured taste with notes of red cherry, pomegranate, star anise and white pepper, dense, noble tannins.
Food pairing: meat, poultry or game dishes, it also goes well with cheeses.
Serving temperature: 16-18oC.
