Palate: full, round, perfectly balanced, with fruity and balsamic hints, fine-grained tannins and an incredibly long finish.
Food pairing: vegetable dishes, red meat dishes, and pork chops with teriyaki sauce. It is also recommended to serve it with baked macaroni and cheese.
