Palate: full, rich, velvety taste with notes of cherry, berries, earth, licorice, eucalyptus, resin and wood, pleasant tannins and an incredibly long finish.
Food pairing: game, hearty meat dishes, beef, truffles, pasta with meat sauce and traditional hard cheeses.
Serving temperature: 18-20oC.
