Nose: aromas of toast, dry peat smoke, ripe figs and tropical fruit.
Taste: honey, summer flowers, ashy peat, chocolate, vanilla and black liquorice throughout the palate.
Food pairing: ideal neat, but also goes well with fruit or a cigar.
Serving temperature: 18-21oC.
