Colour: deep golden.
Nose: notes of fresh stone fruit, nectarine and dried apricots, supported by hints of waxy citrus peel and cocoa, form the bouquet.
Taste: soft and quite sweet, with a low level of spiciness and typical Nikka richness, a classic fist in a velvet glove.
Food pairing: ideal neat, but also goes well with fruit or a cigar.
Serving temperature: 18-21oC.
