Colour: gold colour.
Nose: intense fruity notes, tones of flowers (hyacinth, narcissus) and candied citrus fruits, which are complemented by nuances of malt, tobacco, spices (saffron, star anise), leather and beeswax.
Taste: ripe fruits (plum, pear) and cocoa, as well as nuances of almonds, cashews, fresh mint.
Food pairing: ideal neat, but also goes well with fruit or a cigar.
Serving temperature: 18-21oC.
